During this unprecedented time, Touch of Class Salon and Spa is taking Covid-19 seriously.  We have gained the trust of our clients and our goal during our reopening is to make certain every necessary precaution is taken to ensure your safety.  Our hair technicians have taken the BARBICIDE® COVID-19 Certification Course which is designed to present the most current information that is pertinent for the Professional Beauty Industry for infection control. Each certificate will be displayed at their station.

The staff wants you to enjoy your beauty services !

We look forward to seeing you and providing the services you want and need with your safety in mind.  Below is a list of our salon guidelines:

 

1. By Appointment Only – this will allow us to manage the amount of people in the salon at any given time. (We may be working with a limited staff so please be patient when scheduling your appointment.  Also, our hair technicians maybe working split hours due to the necessity to limit customers in the salon and safe distancing. We will do everything we can to accommodate our clients safely.

2. Questions – You will be asked when calling the salon for appointments the following for your safety as well as our hair technicians.

   • Have you or anyone in your household had Covid-19?

   • Have you had a fever/cough/loss of taste and smell?

   • Have you been tested for Covid-19?(did you complete the 14 day quarantine?)

3. New Salon Protocol – Upon entering, all clients & staff will have their temperature taken with digital thermometers.  Anyone with 99.5 or more will be declined services that day and all employees will be sent home.

4. Masks Required – Clients and staff will be asked to wear masks, AT ALL TIMES DURING ALL SERVICES.  Please understand, if you are having haircolor the mask strings will get soiled and we ask that you bring additional masks with you.

5. Hand Sanitizer – Will be at the front door upon arrival as well as many touch points throughout the salon.  In addition, each station will have hand santizer.

6. Styling Stations AND Chairs – Each will be wiped down after each client. Disposable shampoo capes will be used whenever possible.

7. Social Distancing – All chairs will be 6ft. apart and we will be controlling the amount of clients waiting or in the salon at one time.

8. Tool, Brushes & Capes – will be sanitized after and before each client.

9. No Waiting – there will be no more than 2 client/staff at any time. NO GROUPS

10. Consistent Cleaning and Sanitizing – Our cleaning crew will consistently use sanitation wipes and appropriate cleaning products during and after business hours.

11.  Food and Beverages – will not be allowed in the salon and we will temporarily suspend our coffee and refreshment bar.
